| Warranty Details |
Each of our products is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the products normal use. If ever a defect should arise we will repair your luggage within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following.
If a defect appears during the warranty period, return the product at your expense, with proof of purchase, to the company or the nearest dealer/authorized agent. The company or its dealer has the sole & final authority to determine if repair or replacement is appropriate.
This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, solvents/acids, coating/plating on all metal surfaces damage by a common carrier.
Key locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of contents. Always inspect your luggage before leaving the terminal, and act immediately to file a claim if your luggage or property has been damaged in transit.
The company will make prompt arrangements to carry out repair/replacement under this warranty, however it is expressly make clear that the company shall not be liable to do so within any specified period or time. In the interest of product upgradation, the company is free to change its product specifications without notice. In case spares for discontinued models are not available, the company may at its discretion offer an equivalent model at a special rate.
The company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the product itself and, under no circumstances exceeds the price paid by the customer for the goods stated in the invoice. This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
